UK delivery is free of charge however we do reserve the right to invoice for a shipping charge in selected areas (for example Highlands and Islands) and larger items (weighing over 10kg). We send our parcels within the UK via Interlink, TNT, UPS or Royal Mail Special Delivery/Signed for. Please note delivery times by courier companies are within normal working hours, 9-5, Monday to Friday. If a Saturday delivery is required please call the studio and for an extra charge, we can arrange this for you. Once an order is placed with our on-line shop it will be dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday only), unless the ‘lead time’ states otherwise. Delivery is normally next working day after dispatch but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If an item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be available.
For EU customers the delivery charge is £15 and £30 for the Rest of the World. Larger items may incur additional charges as sometimes items require specialist delivery services. Please note that during sale periods there may be some delay in the dispatch of orders. Russian Customers – Please be aware that due to the ongoing issues with Russian customs clearance, we are currently only able to ship to business addresses in Moscow. EU delivery is 2-3 days from dispatch and Rest of the World is 3-5 days. We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property. Additional charges may apply for the storage of the products if the customer delays delivery, for more than three weeks after the estimated date for arrival. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards. If you have not received your order within 7 days from placing your order please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to investigate the non-arrival. Please note: Cushions cannot be delivered to Australia and New Zealand due to custom regulations on the feather pads. Please contact email@example.com to order cushions without pads.
We carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until you receive them. The products belong to you when you have received them and have paid us in full. If you return the products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 28 days from the dispatch of order provided they are in the original packaging (where applicable), unused and in a re-saleable condition. Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of goods that are printed to order unless faulty.We recommend customers order samples before purchasing goods. Images online are as accurate as possible to match the product but can differ to those shown.
When you buy online you have additional rights as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you as the purchaser notify us in writing to the email address or returns address below, of your wish to return an item within 7 working days of receiving it, we will refund you for both the purchase price and the delivery charge. Please make sure you take reasonable care of the item whilst it is in your possession, and that it’s returned to us unused.
